day 19:

Something I Want

we currently have a volvo wagon.. 

love the car.  

however...

we had 2 Volkswagens before the kids joined our family and  

i would love to have one again.

but...

most people who know me 

know that i have a dream vehicle.

that vehicle is: 

thanks to my friend, Theresa, for letting me take a picture of her car's emblem.

and to my neighbor and friend for letting me photograph her jeep. love it.

day 11

day 11:

Something Blue

Friday was day 11.

that day we drove to Toronto for the (Canadian) thanksgiving weekend.

we had a wedding and a turkey dinner to enjoy.

on the way down i watched for something blue.

i was not finding anything, but we were also not stopping - we were on a deadline

(wedding rehearsal was happening and our little girl was in the wedding)

wait a minute..

i had been admiring something blue the whole trip.

the sky!

this one was taken for my boy.  he liked the tower, but the sky is still so beautifully bright blue.

i needed something other than the sky...

how about a random blue sign.

day 5.

day five.

after Dark

i had to wait all day to do my day's assignment.

but here it is:

the car across the tracks

vehicle coming.

love how the lights happen... 

look, there's the front of the car, and the back...

but where's the car? 

our trees 

that is life outside after dark.

i'm so thankful it gets dark earlier right now, i was tired and it was only 8pm.

West Coast USA

my husband and i drove down the Washington, Oregon, northern California coast 

before we had kids.

absolutely gorgeous.

the following were taken with our Fuji Finepix camera
